A young homeowner couple had recently purchased this home, originally built in the 1980s, with a clear vision of transforming it into a modern and neutral living space.

The bathroom was the first major project they wanted to tackle, and our team worked closely with them to bring that vision to life. Together with our designer, we developed a palette centered around neutral tones such as white, black, and gray to create the clean and modern style they were looking for.

The design phase took about three weeks. During that time we finalized material selections, layout details, and fixtures. Once the homeowners approved the design, we immediately placed the material orders so everything would be ready for construction.

When materials arrived on site, construction began and took approximately three weeks to complete. We started by demolishing the entire bathroom, removing the old brown tile and the carpet that had been installed in the wet areas. Once everything was stripped down to the studs, we had a clean slate to rebuild the space properly.

Our team installed new plumbing and electrical, reframed the shower area, and completed waterproofing using the Schluter system to ensure long-term durability. After drywall and waterproofing were completed, we moved into the tile installation phase. This is where our team truly shines. The tile layout was carefully planned with minimal grout lines, creating a clean and modern look, and we added a custom floating bench inside the shower for both comfort and functionality.

Once the tile work was finished, we installed a custom gray shaker vanity paired with black Kohler fixtures and hardware. Black vanity lights were also installed to complement the modern color palette and tie the design together.

By the time the project was completed, the bathroom had been completely transformed into a bright, modern space that matched the homeowners’ vision perfectly.

The homeowners were so happy with the results that they asked us to remodel the other two bathrooms in the home as well.
