Luxury Master Bathroom Remodel in Lynnwood, WA

Karen first reached out to us after comparing several remodeling contractors in the Lynnwood area. After meeting in person, discussing her goals, and walking through the existing bathroom, she chose our team to design and build the space.

Every successful remodel starts with a thoughtful design. Before construction began, our project manager and designer worked closely with Karen to develop detailed 3D renderings, refine the layout, and finalize every material selection, from the custom vanity and wall-mounted faucets to the tile, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.

With the design finalized and materials ordered, construction began. We removed the existing built-in tub, enclosed shower, and surrounding walls to completely rework the space. The outdated layout was replaced with a more open design centered around a freestanding Woodbridge bathtub with built-in hydro jets and LED lighting, creating a beautiful focal point for the room.

Next, we built a curbless walk-in shower enclosed with frameless glass, making the bathroom feel larger while improving accessibility and everyday functionality. Heated flooring was installed throughout the space to add year-round comfort, and the bathroom was further upgraded with a smart toilet featuring a heated seat, temperature-controlled bidet functions, and warm air drying.

The vanity area was designed to be both elegant and practical. A custom white shaker vanity was paired with 3CM quartz countertops and wall-mounted faucets, creating a clean, uncluttered appearance while maximizing countertop space. Warm metallic fixtures were carefully selected throughout the bathroom to complement the bright finishes and add a subtle touch of luxury.

The completed bathroom is a dramatic transformation from the original space. What was once an outdated bathroom with limited functionality is now an open, spa-inspired retreat featuring premium materials, thoughtful design, and modern comforts that Karen will enjoy for many years to come.
